The Meadow Lakes Campground is located northeast of Newton near the town of Walton. The campground features a lodge, RV hook-ups and the Hance Pavilion (pictured above) which was dedicated in October.

The Hance Pavilion is named for Dr. and Mrs. Ray Hance, former District Superintendent of the Kansas District. Ray and Madelyn Hance assumed the responsibility of being the district superintendent family for the Kansas District in 1948. They served us until 1975. Their twenty-seven years of ministry here were well received.

The campground also boasts a pond with great fishing. If you would like information on renting part or all of the campground, contact Louise in the district office.
